The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has called on security agencies and relevant stakeholders to act with professionalism to ensure peace and stability before, during, and after the 2024 general elections.
The appeal was made during a police briefing with representatives of all political parties on preparations for the upcoming polls.
Edward Omane Boamah, the NDC's Director of Elections and IT, stressed the importance of maintaining peace as a foundation for addressing Ghana's economic and developmental challenges. "This meeting is for us to be briefed by the security agencies.
So, we reserve our comments until we hear from the security agencies.
