Franklin Cudjoe, President of IMANI Africa, has backed Speaker Alban Bagbin's accusation that the Judiciary and Executive seem to be colluding to undermine the authority of Parliament. The Speaker, in a press conference, raised serious concerns over what he described as interference and a growing power struggle between the two arms of government. In an interview with 3FM Sunrise on November 7, the President of IMANI Africa argued that the Judiciary and Executive conspired to frustrate their petition in getting electorates in Santrokofi, Akpafu, Lolobi, and Likpe (SALL) parliamentary representation."It should become clear to everybody now that this whole SALL thing was a deliberate conspiracy between the Executive and the Judiciary as well.

If it is not true, they wouldn't have conspired to prevent us from bringing our case to the Supreme Court.

And after three years of going through the High Court, the judge sits and says I have no jurisdiction.

Can you imagine?
