Both Lawyers finally agreed on 31st October for the ruling on the interlocutory injunction against the EC.The plaintiffs argue that the injunction is necessary to halt the election process in the constituency until the court resolves a substantive legal matter concerning the elections.According to the document filed in court, the plaintiffs are asking the court to prevent the EC from taking further action until all legal issues are fully addressed.EC disqualifies Joana Gyan Cudjoe from contesting as NDC PC for Amenfi CentralBy Kweku Antw-Otoo
