Highly placed police sources revealed that the police presence at the facility is to ensure his arrest once his condition stabilises, as his actions allegedly led to the deaths of two young girls in Accra on 12 October 2024.
The police have emphasised the high level of public interest surrounding the case, assuring that they will handle the matter with diligence to ensure justice is served.
In a related development, the Ghana Police Service has charged Prophet Salifu Amoako, his wife Mouha Amoako, and another individual for allowing an unlicensed 16-year-old to drive.
The case has been adjourned to 30 October 2024.
