99% Of Ghana Celebs Are Jokers!! - Efia Odo Blasts Colleagues For Ranting On Social Media

Ghanaian actress and human rights activist, Efia Odo has heavily descended on her colleagues who took to social media to rant about the police brutality meted out to peaceful protestors.

Efia Odo, Bridget Otoo, John Dumelo, and EL among others are currently at the 37 Military Hospital for the second day of the #OccupyJulorbiHouse demonstration.

The demonstration started on Thursday September 21 which coincided with Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Day, a nationally observed event.

Organizers deliberately chose this date, believing it symbolized the resilience and resistance exhibited during historical struggles against oppression and dispossession.

However, the protests took a troubling turn as Ghanaian police unlawfully detained not only protesters but also bystanders, resorting to excessive force in an attempt to suppress the demonstrations.

In response, Ghanaian citizens continued to raise their voices against these actions and mobilized lawyers to assist those detained.

????? ?? is a Ga (language of the people of Accra, Ghana’s capital) phrase meaning ‘Child of a Thief’, a loose reference to the ruling Executive, who the people believe have negligently driven the country into a mess.

Efia Odo dared her colleagues to stop hiding behind their keyboards to protest and join them on the streets where the real action is happening.
