Intro
The Lagos State Government, has approved the use of hijab for Muslim Students in public schools, this was made known in a circular by the state’s area unit of the Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria (MSSN).
The proposal was earlier turned down by Lagos high court in October 2014, but the judgement was later upturned by an appeal court in July 2016.
