Mr Kojo further claims that the legislator exploited his image for political, commercial and reputational gain without his knowledge or consent.
In a petition filed at the High Court in Homa Bay, Mr Michael Kojo accuses the legislator of violating his constitutional rights to privacy, dignity and property by publishing his photograph .
