Kotoko and Hearts need video analysts more than technical directors – CK Akonnor

Former Black Stars head coach, Charles Kwablan Akonnor, says both Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko need to hire the services of video analysts ahead of their return to CAF club competitions.

Ahead of their return to Africa, Akonnor has tasked both teams to boost their squad with the appointment of video analysts rather than technical directors.

“Kotoko and Hearts must strengthen their technical teams by adding a video analyst,” he said on Akoma FM.

The services of a video analyst are really crucial

During my time with the Black Stars, I also enlisted his services and his presence helped a lot.

Getting a technical director is important but a video analyst is the best thing our clubs need now going into Africa because their services will be very helpful to the teams.”
