West African health stakeholders push greater investment in research and innovation

Participants at the summit called for greater investment in research and innovation The Health Community of West Africa Association has held its Summit and Expo Awards in Accra, bringing together health professionals, researchers, traditional medicine practitioners, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and innovation in healthcare.

The event provided a platform to showcase products, services and research aimed at improving healthcare delivery and supporting the development of sustainable health solutions in West Africa.

The Health Community of West Africa Association said it would continue to provide a platform for “knowledge-sharing, recognition and partnerships” that can contribute to a stronger and more resilient healthcare system in West Africa.
