
UNICEF, WHO Delegation trains NADMO Staff, assesses flood situation in Keta Municipality
The Keta Municipal Office of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) has hosted a delegation from the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the World Health Organisation (WHO), and NADMO Headquarters to train personnel on field data collection in flood-affected communities.
He explained that during the field engagements, the team met community leaders, including Mr Simon Awadzi, Assembly Member for Aborlove-Nolopi, who briefed the delegation on the challenges residents continued to face due to the floods.
The delegation, made up of Mr Paa Kwasi, Madam Maame Akosua and Mr Franklyn Agyemang Badu, engaged participants in a comprehensive session on data collection techniques and assessment methods.
