TEIN UK–Ireland engages Ghana High Commission on support for students, professionals

A delegation from the Tertiary Education Institutions Network (TEIN) UK–Ireland has paid a courtesy call on Ghana’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Mrs Sabah Zita Benson, to discuss measures to support Ghanaians studying and working in the UK and Ireland.
TEIN UK–Ireland said the engagement represented an important step towards building institutional partnerships and establishing a more coordinated framework to support Ghanaian students, academics, researchers and young professionals in the UK and Ireland.
He said TEIN UK–Ireland was working to build a stronger and more decentralised organisation through the creation of regional structures and campus-based branches across universities and other tertiary institutions in the UK and Ireland.
