TDC raises concern over disruption of Site Three infilling project

Mr Nunekpeku expressed concern that the disruption could lead to financial losses and liabilities to the state, particularly as the project was being executed with public resources.

Mr Nunekpeku questioned the rationale behind disrupting a public project before the expiration of the compliance period, stressing that issues arising between state institutions could have been resolved through dialogue and engagement.

Speaking at a press conference in Tema, Mr Nunekpeku said the project had gone through all the required approval and procurement processes involving the Ministry of Finance, the Public Procurement Authority (PPA), the Ministry of Works and Housing, and the Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation.
