Queiroz can build stronger Black Stars capable of competing at AFCON and World Cup – Mahama

President of Ghana, John Mahama, believes the Black Stars can grow stronger and compete heavily at tournaments if current players and the technical team are maintained and supported.

If we maintain this group of players and continue supporting the technical team, I believe we can build a stronger national team capable of competing successfully in future AFCON and FIFA World Cup tournaments.

Despite concerns over how the team played, Mahama believes the Black Stars outdid themselves at the tournament.
