NPP sets October 3 for national executive elections

In a statement signed by the Chairman of the party’s National Elections Committee, Frederick Opare-Ansah, and dated Tuesday, August 11, 2026, the party said nominations will open on August 17 and close on August 22, while the filing of nomination forms will take place from August 23 to August 27.

Appeals will be heard from September 6 to September 7, while the National Executive Committee/National Council will meet on September 10.” The elections will cover nine positions, including National Chairperson, National Vice Chairpersons, General Secretary, National Treasurer, National Organiser, National Women Organiser, National Youth Organiser, National Nasara Organiser and National Communication Director.
