Mahama pledges to make Upper West a hub for academic excellence in Northern Ghana

President John Mahama has reaffirmed his government's commitment to transforming the Upper West Region into a centre of academic excellence in Northern Ghana through sustained investment in education, water infrastructure, renewable energy, and digital connectivity.
