KEEA Assembly disburses GHC267,518 to 94 PPCs in third quarter

Mr Ismail Zagoon-Saeed, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), said the Assembly’s social-support drive was commendable and urged traditional authorities, community leaders and families to protect and include persons with disabilities in development plans.” The disbursement was supervised by Mr Ntiamoah Gyampoh, Municipal Social Welfare and Community Development Officer as several beneficiaries with disabilities expressed gratitude, saying it would improve their independence and ability to participate in daily activities.

The move was part of the Assembly’s third-quarter support package aimed at improving livelihoods, education and care for vulnerable residents across the municipality.
