Journalists undergo training on responsible security reporting

The three-day residential capacity-building workshop was organised by the Private Newspapers and Online News Publishers Association of Ghana (PRINPAG) with support from the National Security Secretariat.

Verification, fact-checking The National Security Coordinator, Commissioner of Police (COP) Osman Abdul-Razak, in a keynote address, pointed out verification as one of the mechanisms for responsible journalism, emphasising accountability over sensationalism.
