Gov’t must put its skin in the game – Chamber of Mines demands tax, power relief for local gold refining

The Ghana Chamber of Mines is calling for government support to reduce the cost of refining gold locally as Ghana pushes to retain more value from its mineral resources.

Government need to embrace industry to all work together so that we all can reduce the cost of doing this, because we’re looking at the issues of value.
