Gianni Infantino commends football development drive in Ghana after meeting with Simeon-Okraku

The engagement between the FIFA President and President Simeon-Okraku reinforces the growing collaboration between FIFA and Ghana as the Association pursues initiatives aimed at strengthening football development, expanding opportunities at the grassroots level and improving infrastructure across the country.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino has commended Ghana for its continued efforts to advance football development in the country following a meeting with President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku, who doubles as the 2nd Vice-President of CAF at the Home of FIFA in Zürich.

He further expressed his appreciation to the Ghana Football Association for its continued support and dedication to the development of the game, stressing the role of football as a source of hope and opportunity for young people pursuing their dreams.
