Ghanaian politicians, wake up: The old communication playbook is obsolete

So, from the perspective of someone who has spent years studying and practising public relations, my advice to our political class is simple - wake up and smell the coffee.

Today, if you tell the public that something never happened, someone will produce the evidence that it did.

This is why I believe political public relations in Ghana needs a fundamental shift from message management to credibility management.
