Former Goldman Sachs and former investment banker, TOR MD convicted of foreign bribery, money laundering Deputy Attorney General, Justice Srem-Sai says his office is working with authorities in the United States to pursue other individuals implicated in a bribery scheme linked to a power plant development contract between a Turkish energy company and the government of Ghana."The Honourable Attorney-General is working with his United States counterparts to bring to book persons who are implicated in the bribery scheme related to the 2014-2017 power plant development contract between a Turkish energy company and the Government."In a social media post, Justice Srem-Sai said the Attorney-General's Office is working with its US counterparts to ensure that persons implicated in the alleged scheme are brought to justice.
