Education Ministry explains limits on CSSPS placement changes as Category A schools fill up

The Press Secretary to the Minister for Education, Hashmin Mohammed, has explained that some placement concerns cannot be resolved at the National Resolution Centre for the Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS), particularly where candidates seek Category A or certain Category B schools that have already reached full capacity.

For instance, if you go to the Resolution Centre seeking placement in a Category A school or some Category B schools, we may be unable to assist because those schools are already full and are showing a red light,” Mr Mohammed said.

He said schools had been directed not to admit students outside the Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS).
