ECG customers in Ketu South protest alleged overbilling, demand accurate bills  

Following the presentation of the statement, Mr Viglo and Mr Gbeti submitted a petition to Madam Jatoe-Kaleo Christina, Customer Service Representative at the Regional Office, who received it on behalf of the ECG Denu District.

The petition called for the review of disputed bills, improved billing accuracy, greater transparency, and better communication between ECG officials and consumers.

Napoleon Gbeti, marched to the ECG Denu District Office to present their concerns and petition the company to review disputed bills and improve its engagement with consumers.
