Clean Energy Chamber convenes EV Working Group to advance import duty reforms

The Ghana Chamber of Clean Energy (GCCE) has convened the inaugural meeting of its Electric Vehicle (EV) Working Group, bringing together leading companies and stakeholders from Ghana's electric mobility ecosystem to develop a coordinated industry position on reforms to the country's electric vehicle import regime.

This Working Group gives industry the opportunity to come together, engage government with one voice, and help bring about the reforms that make electric mobility more affordable while supporting local industry.

The Working Group was established in recognition of the need for a more coordinated industry approach to advocacy on electric mobility policy and fiscal reforms.
