CJ spoke the truth at the wrong place -Dr Jabir Mohammed

A Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), Dr Jabir Ibrahim Mohammed, has said Chief Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie may have spoken the truth about the performance of some state institutions, but did so in the wrong place.
Dr Mohammed nevertheless maintained that the fact that a statement or research finding may be factual does not necessarily mean that a Chief Justice is the appropriate person to publicly make such observations in a particular setting.
Dr Mohammed said that, from the perspective of the Chief Justice’s position as a statesman, he could have made his observations without attaching them to any political party.
