Baba Sadiq targets more Nigerian investments in Ghana under ‘Ghana in Nigeria’ agenda

Ghana’s High Commissioner to Nigeria, Baba Sadiq Abdulai Abu, has pledged to increase Nigeria’s contribution to Ghana’s investment landscape as part of the “Ghana in Nigeria” agenda, following a courtesy meeting with the Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), Simon Madjie, ahead of his departure for Abuja.
The High Commissioner said the latest investment figures demonstrate the significant room for growth in Ghana–Nigeria economic relations.
Under the Ghana in Nigeria agenda, the High Commission intends to work closely with GIPC and other stakeholders to attract more Nigerian investment into Ghana, deepen bilateral trade and create stronger opportunities for Ghanaian businesses to enter and expand in the Nigerian market.
