Mr Ameyaw said the Bank of Ghana’s new reforms transforming rural and community banks would go a long way to strengthen their capital base and enhance their capacity to provide quality financial services to customers.
He attributed the growth in profitability to the Bank’s continued focus on revenue enhancement, prudent cost management, operational efficiency and effective financial management Mr Asare said the measures also contributed to a 34 per cent growth in total assets, reflecting an expansion in the Bank’s financial capacity and overall business operations.
