Charles Owusu, former Head of the Monitoring Unit at the Forestry Commission, has stated that a spiritual ban placed on former president John Dramani Mahama, preventing him from becoming president again, has been lifted.
Speaking on a panel discussion on Peace FM's Kokrokoo on September 27, 2024, he stated that even though the ban on Mahama has been lifted, the results of the upcoming 2024 elections will determine his fate.
He mentioned that the new developments about Mahama's bid were revealed to him by God. "Just like in football, a red card means they've placed a ban on you.
