Speaking on behalf of the ministry's management team during the Evening of Reflection and Memorial held for the eight victims of the tragic August 6 military helicopter crash, Colonel Ernestina Assan highlighted Dr.
Boamah's remarkable contributions despite his brief tenure. "Through his transformative leadership and unwavering dedication, he left an indelible mark," Colonel Assan said.
