National Youth Organizer for the (NPP), Salam Mustapha, has observed that officials of the Ghana Police Service treated Democracy Hub protesters with kid gloves for their unlawful acts.
During an interview on Okay FM, Salam Mustapha lamented how the protesters destroyed the paraphernalia of the (NPP) during their protest against galamsey, as well as blocking the entrance to the 37 Military Hospital, preventing patients from accessing healthcare.
The NPP Youth Leader added that some of their party members wanted to storm the protest grounds and bundle the protesters to the police station for their unlawful acts but were restrained. "Party members are very angry because when you look at some of the comments on WhatsApp platforms and social media pages, people are angry.
It is worrying.
