Afenyo-Markin assures public of an uninterrupted power supply

The Board Chairman of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), has assured Ghanaians of uninterrupted electricity supply.

This comes on the back of recent power outages across the country with some Civil Society Organizations in the power sector calling for the dissolution of the Electricity Company Board.

However, addressing the media on the matter, Mr.

Afenyo-Markin supported the idea that the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) could significantly improve its efficiency if it undergoes necessary reforms. "I believe the ECG can be very effective if we commit to implementing reforms," he stated.
