The Deputy Ranking Member of the Education Committee in , Dr. , says Ghanaians will not vote for the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) to continue renaming public institutions.
This follows the NPP's Vice Presidential candidate, Dr.
Matthew Opoku-Prempeh, also known as NAPO, who disclosed that the plans to rename the University of Professional Studies-Accra (UPSA) as 'Opoku-Ampomah University of Professional Studies remain unchanged.
The promise was first made by President Akufo-Addo on April 25, 2018, at the UPSA's Fourth Special Congregation.
