Bolgatanga Central Member of Parliament has questioned the running mate of the (NPP), Dr Mathew Opoku Prempeh's focus on frivolities in his campaign.
He says since NAPO, as he is affectionately called, started his campaign, he has focused solely on spewing nonsense rather than selling the policies of his political party.
