Clemson second-year Ransford Gyan has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Week, it was announced today by the league office.
The award is Gyan's first of his Clemson career and the first Offensive Player of the Week award for the Tigers this season.
In two games last week, Gyan recorded three goals, including his first brace as a Tiger in Clemson's dominant win over UAB on Friday.
This season, the Sunyani-native has scored in all three matches and is first on the team with four goals so far this season.
