The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has commissioned a newly built Maternal and Child Health Clinic in Juapong as part of efforts to improve healthcare delivery in the constituency.
In a statement on his Facebook page, Mr.
Ablakwa expressed gratitude to the Engage Africa Now Foundation for their partnership, which led to the construction and full equipping of the facility within just six months.
He also revealed that he personally donated all the medical equipment required to make the clinic fully operational from today. "This facility has the capacity for 3,000 safe deliveries in a year and would tremendously improve maternal health outcomes," Ablakwa stated.
