The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially phased out the double track system, announcing that all Senior High Schools will reopen in October 2025 under single track and transitional calendars.
In a circular signed by the Director of Schools and Instructions Division, Mr.
Prince C.
Agyemang-Duah, the GES directed Regional Directors to ensure schools adhere strictly to the new arrangements for the 2025/2026 academic year.
