Swedish-born Ghanaian youngster Sion Oppong has completed a loan move to Swedish side FC Stockholm from Allsvenskan club IF Brommapojkarna, in search of regular first-team football.

The 17-year-old forward, who signed his first senior contract with Brommapojkarna last winter after impressing in the club's youth setup, has struggled for playing time in Sweden's top-flight this season.

The highly-rated attacker will now continue his development in Ettan Norra, Sweden's third tier, where Stockholm are pushing for promotion.

Oppong expressed excitement after sealing the move, highlighting the ambition and competitive nature of his new club. "The choice fell on FC because it is an exciting project with many good players and coaches.
