The Minister of Health, , has reiterated that no individual has the right to attack health professionals in the country.

Addressing the press on Thursday, August 21, 2025, he emphasised that when members of the public are faced with challenges in accessing prompt healthcare, the proper channel is to lodge a complaint at the facility, rather than resorting to violence. "To the whole country, irrespective of the level of provocation at any health facility in this country, nobody, irrespective of your status in society - absolutely nobody, has the right to attack any health professional in this country.
