The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Parliament has directed the Ministry of Energy and Green Transition to work with the Foreign Affairs Ministry and the police to arrest Ms.
Yaa Serwaa Gyan, a former staff member who allegedly absconded after taking a fully paid study leave.
According to the Auditor-General's report, Ms.
Gyan was granted a study leave with pay amounting to over GH₵120,000, with the agreement that she would return to serve her bond term.
