The Member of Parliament for Asante Akyem North, Ohene Kwame Frimpong, widely known as OK Frimpong, has refuted allegations that he had been arrested in the United Kingdom.
In a video shared on social media, the MP, while refuting the allegation, played an audio message of one of his constituents, who he said was a teacher, rejoicing over his supposed arrest.
OK Frimpong, who left the (NPP) to contest in the 2024 election as an independent candidate, asserted that the constituent, a female teacher, was happy about his supposed arrest because he left the NPP.
The woman was heard saying that she was happy that the MP had been arrested. "Abrantipa, I'm in my room, and you can't imagine how happy I am.
