Under the auspices of ECOWAS, Samuel , Founder and CEO of the Mills Institute for Transformational Leadership Development, has been certified as an International Elections Observer and an Elections Analyst.
In the Ivorian capital, Abidjan, at the Noom Hotel, the Electoral Institute for Sustainable Development in Africa (EISA), held a one week training session for 14 participants from the ECOWAS sub region.
The training took place between the 11-14 of August, 2025.
Participants came from Ghana (3), Gambia (3), Senegal (3), Nigeria (1), Togo (1), Benin (1), Burkina Faso (1) and Liberia (1).
