Deputy Chief of Staff, Stan Dogbe, has urged the media and the public to conduct themselves with dignity during the state funeral for the victims of the August 6 helicopter crash in Adansi Akrufuom.

Speaking at a press briefing on Thursday, August 14, Mr.

Dogbe cautioned against harassing mourners for interviews or obstructing the solemn proceedings. "We do not want to see tomorrow anybody holding a phone or a monopod and struggling to chase people, chase mourners as they are coming in to sit," he said, stressing that decorum must be maintained throughout the ceremony.

The funeral, scheduled for Friday, August 15, 2025, will honour the eight public officials who lost their lives in the crash.
