Huddersfield Town's young forward Cameron Ashia enjoyed a night to remember as his second-half goal helped the Terriers battle past Leicester City in a tense EFL Cup first-round clash at the Accu Stadium.

The 18-year-old English-Ghanaian started brightly, showing energy and confidence against a Leicester side with a dominant head-to-head record.

Hamza Choudhury's crisp finish gave the Foxes the lead early in the second half, but Daniel Vost's towering header soon levelled it.

Harry Winks then restored Leicester's advantage, only for Ashia to strike in the 76th minute, rifling into the top corner after Murray Wallace's clever pass.
