Ghana defender Tariq Lamptey has expressed readiness for the new season which begins this week after a successful pre-season with Brighton and Hove Albion. Lamptey, who missed the latter stages of last season, has fully recovered from the injury that kept him on the sidelines and was involved in a couple of friendlies with the Seagulls during preparations.
The 24-year-old is hoping for an injury-free campaign as Fabian Hurzeler's team eye another good run in the Premier League. "Pre-season done.
