The says it has made progress in investigating the murder of Stephen King Amoah, the immigration officer whose burnt body was found in a drain at Ashongman Estates.

Chief Inspector Apewah Achana told the Kaneshie District Court that police had retrieved exhibits linked to the crime, which forensic experts need to examine.

He said efforts were ongoing to arrest other accomplices and arraign them, hence the request for an extension of the accused person's remand.
