Asante Kotoko will begin their 2025/26 CAF Confederation Cup campaign against Nigeria's Kwara United in the first preliminary round, following Saturday's draw.
The Ghanaian FA Cup champions secured their place in the competition after edging Golden Kicks 2-1 in last month's final.
This marks Kotoko's first appearance in the tournament since 2022, with the Kumasi-based club aiming to make a strong impression on the continental stage.
Kotoko will host the first leg in Kumasi between September 19 and 21, before travelling to Nigeria for the return fixture from September 26 to 28.
