The Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council (ARCC) has revealed that some residents who arrived first at the scene of the tragic helicopter crash on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, reportedly picked up parts of the helicopter and other belongings found at the crash site.
In a statement issued by Hon.
Dr.
Frank Amoakohene, Ashanti Regional Minister, the council is calling on anyone with any items recovered from the scene - no matter how small, including metals, screws, drives, or circuit boards - to return them immediately.
