The Pakyi District Court has sentenced a 23-year-old driver to 12 months' imprisonment in hard labour for stealing a susu box containing over GH¢20,000.
Derick Appiah admitted to unlawfully entering the room of Ebenezer Agyei, the complainant, to steal the box.
He was convicted on his own plea, with sentencing deferred until August 5, 2025.
Police Chief Inspector Christian Amartey told the court that Agyei, aged 24, is a Station Master at Mpatasie, while Appiah is a driver.
