Kofi Akpaloo has apologized following controversial comments about the tragic military helicopter crash that claimed eight lives in the Adansi Akrofuom District on August 6, 2025.
The Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG) founder and leader expressed deep regret for the pain his earlier remarks caused families and the public. "I am not happy at all, and I feel terrible that my comments caused pain to many people and families.
I am sincerely sorry and ask for their forgiveness," he said on Asempa FM's Ekosii Sen.
Akpaloo clarified that his words came from a place of grief and frustration over the frequent loss of lives in Ghana. "My brother Omane Boamah is not someone I can betray.
