Former CEO of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, has firmly denied claims that he has switched his support to the camp of in the 's (NPP) internal presidential race.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, 7 August 2025, Nkansah dismissed the rumours as false and misleading.
According to him, he remains a staunch supporter of former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, whom he described as the candidate best positioned to lead the party into the 2028 general elections. "I have not switched camps.
I am still the number one supporter of Dr Mahamudu Bawumia," Nkansah wrote, reiterating his loyalty to the Vice President's political vision and leadership.
